ROADTRIPPING WITH YOUR TRIBE: GROUP BOOKINGS
We’ve seen a growing number of people getting together and organizing a group getaway in a JUCY. On this page, you’ll find information on how to book and what we’ll need to get your group locked in.
HOW MANY MAKE A GROUP?
We consider a group any number of vehicles over four and this is where you’ll start to see some savings. At six vehicles, the opportunity to get one free comes into play. If you are unsure of our group size make sure you let us know and we can advise the best steps for holding your vehicles while you secure your numbers.
WHAT SAVINGS DO GROUPS GET?
There are two ways you can organize your group – leader or collective. Leaders are groups where one person is organizing everything and choose where to apply the discount; collective groups apply the discount across every booking. We can work with you on a payment plan to split up the payments for your party.
WHAT INFO DO YOU NEED TO BOOK?
In the early stages, we need a group leader or organizer to provide their contact details, group size, pick up and drop off branches and booking dates. Depending on how far out your group travel is from your travel date will affect whether we’re asking for a deposit and can offer a tiered payment plans.
Once we get closer to the departure date, we’ll need full names and a copy of licenses for all drivers. Drivers must be 21 and over. We’ll also send you the paperwork per vehicle, so each member of your party can get that completed. Once all the boring bits are out of the way, we will provide a show-through video which is helpful before pick up (especially if not everyone is coming to our branch or you’re getting your vehicles delivered.
